A guided tour route of Frýdek Palace was opened in May 2002. It includes the reconstructed Knight´s Hall with 35 coats of arms of the nobility, furnished palace interiors within the prestigious rooms of the palace, a look-out tower of the surrounding scenic environment, the Chapel of St. Barbora and numerous other attractions. A novelty of the palace tour since 2011 is a visit to the ice-refrigerated area within the palace park grounds.

The Beskyds - natural enviroment and people - exhibition is closedExposition of the history, ethnography and natural environment region. Nearly 2,000 researched social and natural environmental item collections document the history and current period of the Beskyd region. Samples include trade craftsmanship, agricultural homestead furnishings, shoemaker´s shop, weaving and sewing workshop, blacksmith shop, the Frýdlant cast iron art foundary, ceramics from the workshop in Tošanovice, the interiors of Beskyd homes, characteristic documents illustrating the social life in the 19th century, a mobile wooden model of a Silesian village, etc. The natural environmental exhibition, which characterizes the basic biotopic region, includes an extensive collection of birds, mammals and fish. The largest three-dimensional displays include an elk, bear, stag and deer.

Frýdek and Místek
This exhibition devotes itself to two separate, and simultaneously the unified town of Frýdek-Místek. Each of them was founded and developed in different historical territorial regions which were divided by the „...glistening and wild Ostravice river“. The town of Frýdek and Místek have been regarded as separated, distinct, related, historical and at the same time a modern town center. Frýdek – Marian pilgrimage site
The exposition in the sacristy of St. Barbora Chapel is a reminder that Frýdek is regarded as the most renowned Marian pilgrimige sites in Silesia since the 18th century. Short period exhibits are also displayed in the sacristy.

Óndra Łysohorský Monument
This exhibition was created in 1995 from the remaining personal belongings of the native inhabitant of Frýdek, Óndra Łysohorský
